Why would I use this model and not produce my own site?
It is a very expensive and time consuming process to set up a website that works well from scratch – we have developed this site over the past 10 years and feel that this
is a very simple and cost effective way for health professionals to get a great website that makes money immediately. It also protects you from lost capital should you decide to close your practice or change careers – if this should happen all costs associated with the initial set up of your own site would be lost.
Who does the work on my new website?
All websites using the Get Active template are set up and established by Derek Recsei and his team at Web Ascend – the official Web Developers for the Million Dollar Health Professional program.
Can I change the Get Active template to suit me and my clinic?
The Get Active site is the template for the program however it is possible to change headers, text, photos, some colours and some features – the extent of changes needs to be discussed on an individual basis but we will do our best to satisfy your requirements – complex changes may require extra set up costs – these will be discussed before any changes are made. A full list if modification possibilities can be sent to you upon request.
What if I don't like the finished product?
All sites come with a 100% money back guarantee – if at the end of the set up stage you do not like the product we will refund all money paid in full.
Can I pull out of the program at any time?
Yes – we do however require 4 weeks notice in writing to allow the direct debit to be cancelled.
Will the monthly fee be increased?
Once you sign up for the program we guarantee NOT to increase the monthly fees for the first 24 months – any increases past then will be in keeping with factors such as CPI and possible increase in costs to provide the service.
Do I have to sell the DVDs at the online shop?

What about the references to Get Active Physiotherapy on the DVD covers and in the presentations?
The DVD covers will be modified to a more generic branding in place of references to Get Active Physiotherapy. The internal references in the opening credits cannot be changed however this is not an issue unless you have a clinic in direct competition to a Get Active clinic (St Leonards - Sydney and Kotara – Newcastle) and even then the presenter – Paul Wright – does not actively treat patients.
Are the DVD previews available on my site?
Yes – your online shop includes the links to the FREE DVD previews that will greatly increase sales volumes for your products.
Can I add other products to the online shop?
Yes .You may already have a range of products that you want to sell online – as long as you have a photo and description of these products these can be added to the site and removed as required.
Do I have to use the video intro on the home page?
No- you may decide to have a static photo or other image – however we strongly believe that there is no more powerful image on a health professionals home page than clinic owner / director welcoming potential patients to the site – so we encourage you to make a short video for this page.
Will there be other website model users in my immediate area?
As the websites do have certain individual set up abilities the sites will not be identical so the average visitor will not notice the similarity between yours and other users in your area (assuming there are any) – however you are able to easily use your own e-book and change some colours to make the changes even more obvious.
Do I need to use the "Free Treatment Voucher" that is on the Get Active template?
No – you may decide to not use this form of marketing and simply drop this from your site – however we do suggest you offer the visitor something to get them into you clinic and thank them for visiting the website.
What if I don't have an e-book to use on the homepage?
You can use the e-book that is on the Get Active site – without Paul Wrights name on it – however it is very easy to write a simple 5 – 10 page e-book about your individual speciality.
