This service gives you a complete analysis and review of your health business. From the systems in your practice or lack thereof, patient management, practice statistics/KPI’s to marketing and advertising strategies and is designed for fast, measurable analysis. Let’s face it; we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes, because you are too close to your practice, it’s hard to see how to improve your results - without working harder or longer… and that’s where the 'Free Practice Audit' may be able to help you. Let us explain the steps. Firstly, you need to complete and submit the extensive practice questionnaire. This will take some thought, research and time on your behalf as we will ask you to set practice goals, get specific practice statistics for us and so on. Please take your time with this as accurate answers will help us. Once you submit your answers to us we analyse your information and we get in touch with you over the phone to clarify anything we are not sure on, we ask more detailed questions and we may ask you for more information, patient paperwork, copies of your previous marketing efforts, etc. This phone consult will take about 45 minutes so please make sure you allow time for this. We analyse the new information we have learnt from the phone consult plus any new material you have sent us, we then book another phone consult (normally 2-3 days later) to go thru the results of the ‘Free Practice Audit.’ When we go through the results 2-3 days later it will take about 45 minute to one-hour. We will present to you in detail the strengths and weaknesses of your practice, the opportunities for growth that exist and the areas of your practice that we will be able to help you with. We will let you know the time that it will take to create these changes in your practice & our fee for doing this & working with you. If we can’t help you we will let you know as we do not wish to waste your time or ours. We are ONLY looking to work with practices that we know we can significantly grow which is why we always do the Audit before we take on a new practice as a client.
